The HD63C09E is the highest 8-bit microprocessor of HMCS6800 family, which is compatible with the conventional HD6809. The HD63C09E has hardware and software features which make it an ideal processor for higher level language execution or standard controller applicantions. The HD63C09E is complete CMOS device and its power dissipation is ectremely low. Moreover, the SYNC and CWAI instruction makes low power applicantion possible.
